How many girls did zyzz get
Malcolm : Yes, yes, there is, because women don't like guys without tattoos and muscles. Malcolm : Yeah. Steroids should be legalised so we can get the correct dosage for each person, so people don't fucking overdo it and go mental. That's the truth. Brendan King : Because steroid use in this context is illegal, it is self-regulated and there's often a tendency to overdo it to get quick results.
And for many users steroids have become another party drug. Zyzz claimed he didn't use steroids, but it's clear from this webcam recording he enjoyed party drugs. In this case, he brags about being high on cocaine. Brendan King : He had his own bodybuilding bible, sports supplement range, and also worked as a male stripper.
People would pay him to go to parties so they could be seen with him. For many aspiring bodybuilders and young women, Zyzz had the body.
At a gym in Sydney's northern suburbs, Nick the Roman, as he likes to be called, lifts weights nearly every day.
Nick finished Year 12 last year and gained a score of over 99 per cent. He's studying advanced science but next year he hopes to get into medicine or dentistry. But more than anything else Nick wants to be bigger, and says he was inspired by Zyzz.
Nick : I started off like him, about 50 kilos at 18, and basically for his reasons, you know, I was just sick of being pushed around as a little kid, as a teenager, especially going into the whole uni culture.
I just felt, you know, very self-conscious and especially of all the guys out there that were juiced up, that were older and were bigger, just the attention they were getting.
And, you know, I guess it made me feel smaller in a way. Not on the outside, just on the inside, kind of thing. So, I mean, I am an intelligent guy, but I think especially when you walk into a festival or into an open area, first thing people see isn't intelligence, kind of thing, you know?
So you do want to have that bang first impression on both the inside and outside. Nick : Well, I guess now people say, 'Do you see yourself as being a Zyzz? So if it's in that way—like I'm not so much of a follower, more of a leader—but if it's put in that way, then yeah, I guess you can say that I would be like a Zyzz kind of thing.
Nick : Um, steroids for me, it comes at a point where your gains are peaking and they're plateauing, kind of thing, so you don't know what to do—even your diet's not really pushing you to that level. So I'll think about that when I'm at least 20, when I've reached that level. Nick : Well, I won't lie. Everyone that comes to the gym, especially males, have reached a point where they considered using anabolic steroids. Brendan King : Nick says he's read up on the effects of steroids and he has seen what they do to friends, but that won't stop him from using in the future.
Nick : I do think that the reason why a lot of young people choose to take that path is it kind of overrides the side effects based on the whole alpha male look that you get from taking these anabolic steroids. And I guess, like honestly, that does outweigh the negative side effects for me at the moment. Brendan King : The way Nick sees it, he only has a couple of years before he is at his peak. And there's a lot of pressure on people his age to look their best. Nick : People are more living in a light of the moment kind of thing.
You know, they're at their peaks at 20, They want to know that if they do take anabolic steroids, I guess they want to make the most of their time, you know? You're only going to be 18 to 24 once and I guess the girls that you would get in that era won't come when you're 40 and That's basically the reason, you know.
Nick : For me, honestly, it's just for the pride of walking around looking like a monster. Brendan King : So what's wrong with just finding a girl and moving in worlds where you're just respected for who you are rather than having to be huge? Nick : Well, I think that was back in the days when my parents were, like, young. And I think times have changed.
I do think society's more, like, into the whole pop culture, you know, image-based system. People are a lot more pickier these days.
It's not those good old days where it was more on the inside, or a person feels. Especially in the young scene, like the whole of festivals and events, no one could care less if someone's studying, for example, medicine, and the guy that's a steroid user and looks great but is a plumber at TAFE, kind of thing.
Brendan King : Background Briefing spoke to a number of young women who attend dance parties, and there was a general consensus that there's pressure on young men to show off their bodies. And for Melissa, for example, she loves it. Melissa : Yes, I do, yeah. I just think it's a little bit sexy these days to Just for men to be a little bit more masculine, I think, is all the go at the moment.
Brendan King : You say it's all the go at the moment. Do you think that that has increased in recent times? Melissa : Yeah, definitely. Yep, definitely. Every guy you see's got written tattoos and big oversized muscles. Brendan King : Oh, I would. But I think it just catches women's eye, like initially, if a man looks like that. Brendan King : The pressure on young men to build their bodies up is growing, agrees Sarah, but she's less attracted to it. Sarah : Well, you can definitely tell a guy from their body and their personality in an instant, you know.
If they've got fake tan and gelled hair and big muscles and, you know, have that kind of attitude like they are king of the world, then definitely, like, that's not attractive at all.
Brendan King : Now, I've spoken to people at dance festivals that say that women don't like guys who don't have muscles—one said tattoos, even. Do you think that's true?
Sarah : Well, personally I love tattoos—like, that's an attractive thing for me—but muscles, it just really depends on the volume of their muscles. Like, you know, a nice ab, a nice 'V', is all right, but when it's, like, too full on—like, it looks like their body's about to explode—that's disgusting to me. Do you notice people taking steroids, or do you know people that take steroids? Sarah : I definitely do know people that take steroids and from experience I know that is a very bad track.
Brendan King : The use of steroids in more social settings has grown as drug testing in sports have become more stringent. The drugs are still available, but consumers have changed. Former Olympian and sports medicine expert, Dr Peter Larkins:. Peter Larkins : These particular drugs are still available in the marketplace, usually in the black market, but they are used by kids who are looking to just look better on the beach, look better in their fashion stakes.
And therefore, they are not people that are at necessarily the high end of sport. And the manufacturers and suppliers of these products have been looking for their market outside of sport and therefore, they've gone into teenagers.
Brendan King : The number of seizures by Australian Customs has almost tripled in the past five years. And they've been bought over the internet. If you go online, you can see how easy it is to order all types of steroids and growth hormones. Companies offer safe and discreet shipping. In a written statement to Background Briefing , customs said the increase in seizures can be attributed to the easy availability of these substances in countries which do not have the same controls as Australia.
It reads:. Man's voice : 'The easy availability of performance and image enhancing drugs overseas tends to make people believe that it's also legally acceptable in Australia. Brendan King : Buying steroids online and importing them into Australia is not only illegal, it's risky in terms of the quality of the steroids.
Dr Peter Larkins:. Peter Larkins : If you can get through the postage requirements and you can order anabolic steroids from Thailand, from Mexico, from the US, now, whether you're buying the real steroid or not, that's also a risk of buying them over the internet.
Because clearly people can get counterfeit products and you might spend a lot of money thinking you're buying the best bodybuilding product of all time and you'll find out it's really made of glucose and sugar. Brendan King : Thailand is a known hotspot for bodybuilders.
You can freely buy and use steroids. Bodybuilder 'Shiver' used to live in Thailand. Shiver : It is the hotspot, definitely. Yeah, just because the steroid market's not illegal over there. So you can generally walk up to any pharmacy in Thailand and purchase whatever steroids, human growth hormones, et cetera, that you wish to buy, without a prescription. Shiver : Absolutely they do; there's lots of bodybuilders that will go there.
For example, a very standard cycle will be, you know, 12 to 16 weeks on steroids. So people will plan trips and go there for that amount of time. There's lots of gyms in Thailand. They'll take a good cycle of the gear—prescription strength, rather than buying the sort of underground, homemade things that you get in Australia most often. And they'll go through a full cycle and training up there and then come back to Australia for their off-cycle.
I was living in the south of Thailand, on one of the islands in the Gulf of Thailand. And there was a couple of good gyms on the island and there was just the amount of people living there that you see coming and going on holidays just for that purpose alone. I mean, obviously to enjoy the beautiful tropical surrounds, the weather, et cetera; to relax, have a cheap holiday, save thousands of dollars on their gear and just try and get big and eat a lot.
It was massive, yeah. Brendan King : Shiver now lives in Australia and when Background Briefing spoke to him, he was working out with his training partner, Jamie Close. Jamie has also been to Thailand to buy steroids. Jamie Close : I ended up going to a chemist just off the street there, a recommendation from a friend who actually used to import it. Went over and went to the chemist that he suggested and I walked straight in and spoke to the guy, and he said to mention his name, so I did.
He just brought out this cardboard box—about that big—and it was just I felt like a little kid in a candy store. And he just said, 'Take what you want. It was ridiculously cheap and it was the legitimate stuff. You go there for a holiday, you live like a king, and you get massive, and you come back looking fantastic. And guys would go over like July, August, September, come round back here in Australia in October, ready for Christmas, and they're buff and ripped.
You're listening to Background Briefing on ABC Radio National, today exploring a growing obsession with body image and muscle definition amongst teenagers and young men. Testosterone was first isolated by Nazi chemists in the s. Soon afterwards, synthetic variations of testosterone were developed, creating the family of drugs now known as anabolic steroids.
They were first used to treat anaemia and depression in aging men. It wasn't until the s that the elite athletic community discovered how well the drugs actually worked. The first documented case was the Russians using testosterone injections at the Vienna weightlifting championships in For the next three decades, steroid use remained the domain of elite athletes. At the Seoul Olympics, Canadian sprinter Ben Johnson had his metre gold medal and world record time stripped from him after he tested positive for steroids.
Official [archival] : The urine sample of Ben Johnson, Canada, was found to contain the metabolic of a banned substance, namely, stanozolol. Brendan King : It was in the '80s that steroid use started to change, according to one of the leading researchers into the effects of steroids, Dr Harrison Pope from Harvard University. Harrison Pope : It was not really until about in the United States, and somewhat later than in British Commonwealth countries, that steroids began to percolate out of the elite athletic world and onto the street, so to speak.
So as a result, the great majority of ordinary rank and file steroid users—your typical gym rats in local communities—would not have started using steroids until at least , if not even later. Brendan King : What that means is the vast majority of steroid users around the world today are under the age of Because of this, not a lot is known about the long-term effects.
Harrison Pope : Imagine, if you will, that widespread cigarette smoking did not appear in the population until the early s and that the vast majority of cigarette smokers were still under the age of 50 today. In that hypothetical scenario, we would have a few anecdotal cases of people with lung cancer or some small case series of people with emphysema, or whatever, but we would have little idea of the full magnitude of what was about to hit us.
And that may prove to be the case with steroids as well; that we may be seeing just the beginning of a looming problem. Brendan King : Dr Pope says we won't really know how bad the effects of long term steroid use are for another ten years or more. Despite the lack of comprehensive data, Dr Pope is convinced that steroids are life threatening. Harrison Pope : There are many anecdotal reports in the literature of either definite or probable steroid users who have died at a very young age, especially of cardiac events—heart attacks or cardiac arrhythmias—and occasional episodes of strokes as well.
Now, of course it's very difficult to prove on the basis of one case report or even a series of case reports that these episodes were indisputably attributable to steroids, but the number of reports strongly suggests that steroids probably do increase the risk of these cardiac events. Brendan King : Dr Pope says steroids also harden the arteries by increasing bad cholesterol enormously.
Harrison Pope : Ratios higher than my cardiac colleagues had ever seen in any population. And that would suggest that these guys may be having aging of their arteries that is going several times as fast as an ordinary person. So they may be aging a month in the space of a week for all that we know. Brendan King : But there's dispute over the extent of the negative health effects caused by steroid use.
Norman Fost : The modern drugs, the injectable drugs, have no known association with liver cancer. And all the claims about heart disease, cancer, and stroke, there's really not much data to show that that happens either.
If you challenge one of these people and say, 'Name a famous athlete who's died of a heart attack or a stroke,' it's hard to come up with even one. So there are many mild or reversible effects—like hair loss or deepening of the voice for women or temporary infertility—but the claims that they kill you or shorten your life is not supported by any data.
Brendan King : But is that because they've only been used widely, I suppose, in the greater community, since the s? Is that because we just don't have the data yet? Norman Fost : Well, they've been in use for 30 or 40 years, so there's been time to find out if there's some major mortality. But one of the problems is that we really don't have any numbers and we probably never will as long as we criminalise these drugs. But in the absence of data you can't just make it up, as many people seem to do.
Brendan King : Norman Fost. But endocrinologist Dr Katherine Samaras from the Garvan Institute in Sydney says there is evidence, but it's hidden, because anabolic steroids are illegal. Katherine Samaras : When we're seeing young men who have severe cardiomyopathy, which is one of the consequences of high dose anabolic steroid use, cardiomyopathy is a heart muscle disorder and it's certainly what most bodybuilders end up dying from.
But that's all camouflaged. We ended up seeing a year-old with severe heart failure, or a sudden heart death at 35 where the coronary arteries looked good. These are the deaths that are probably anabolic steroid use, but because that's never documented anywhere because the drugs are acquired illegally, we don't know the actual figures. So it's easy to kind of hide in, 'Well, there's no evidence,' and that's because of what we call ascertainment difficulties rather than the effect isn't there.
Brendan King : And Dr Samaras says the effects of recreational steroid use are also often hidden by the use of other drugs. Katherine Samaras : Often when people are using anabolic steroids, and we're talking about the music, dance music, scene, they're also taking other illicit drugs. And it's very easy to say, 'Oh well, they had a sudden death related to use of a recreational drug,' of which there are many that will do it, rather than say that there had been preceding steps with anabolic steroid use and then a little bit of recreational drug did the final bit.
Brendan King : Dr Katherine Samaras doesn't tend to see people until they get into trouble with the side effects; and then it's often too late to reverse them. Katherine Samaras : As a hormone doctor, an endocrinologist, the sort of thing I would see is that for some reason they've decided to have a little break, and because they've taken such high doses of steroids, they've completely stopped their body making testosterone.
And it's the testicles that make testosterone, so usually during this time they've had shrinkage of the testicles, sometimes to such a degree that the scrotal sack is empty. And people are prepared to have plastic surgery to put in prostheses, or little plastic replacement testicles, because they're gone; they won't come back. Brendan King : Sports medicine expert Peter Larkins says with an increasing range of users, it's inevitable that some people will have fewer side effects than others.
Peter Larkins : Because they do then filter down not just typically into the bodybuilders, not just typically into the performance image-looking people that are in the gyms, it goes down into the schoolyard, it goes down just into normal social circumstances.
And the problem is there's such an individual sensitivity to these drugs that some people might say, 'Oh, I've been on them for 12 months, I've never had any trouble and I haven't become infertile, and my blood pressure's fine, ' but equally we have documented cases of people that have been on a very brief course of them—and very brief is four weeks to six weeks—who have developed significant side effects, with high cholesterols and subsequently risk of coronary artery disease, including deaths in year-olds.
We've had people who've had very abnormal liver function, people that have become sterile. Brendan King : When you talk to people who have used steroids, you hear about the side effects.
Personal trainer Jamie Close is a former steroid user. Jamie Close : Took way too much of it. I got carried away with it. I was quite foolish back then and I actually had trouble urinating. That's like a 6. Be honest with yourself Zyzz never was autistic in the first place. He let girls come to him once he started getting swole and that's why he was never as sucessful with women as he could've been. I'd be mad in your shoes that I get more girls than you just because I'm more attractive than you.
Oh well, stay ragemode you ing loser lmao. Wow a scientist. Not like anyone can be one ohwait they can. Blah blah. This takes a lot of experience, and regular leg-raises are a good start to work towards this. Decline Weighted Crunches — While holding a weight on your chest, slowly lower yourself down on a decline bench, on the way back up ensure you crunch at the very top and hold this for a moment.
At some point you need to shock your system. Overtraining You need to be mindful of overtraining. This can come in a number of forms. You can also overtrain by not having enough rest time. Once every few weeks, try having 2 rest days in a row. The other way of overtraining is by accidentally hitting one muscle group too hard. This can happen for example by splitting up deadlifts and squats onto separate days, with lats in the middle.
You could be putting stress on your lower back 3 days in a row — and this area gets sore very quickly. Instinctive Training Instinctive training is about modifying your training program on the fly. Stop at 12, and up the weight for the next set.
The Pump The pump is what occurs while working out, and the muscles enlarge due to a greater than usual blood supply. It is an excellent indication that you are training correctly, and that what you are doing is effective in promoting muscle growth. Inthesimplestterms, weneedthepumpbecauseweneedbloodsupplytothemuscles to give them more energy, and get rid of waste products caused by exercising. Muscle Memory Muscle memory refers to the muscles ability to achieve a certain size again after previously being there.
If a pro bodybuilder that was kg of solid muscle was put in a coma for some reason for 2 years, and shrunk to 80kg in this time, his body would remember having this muscle. This is because the muscles casing fascia has been stretched to this size previously. If this bodybuilder had an identical twin with the same genetics, who had never been over 80kg, and they both began working out together, the twin who had been kg would pack on the pounds much faster than his brother.
His muscle would fill out the casing much easier as it had already been previously stretched, much like a rubber band stays partially stretched if you keep it stretched for a long period of time. You can use this to your advantage when bulking and then cutting. Any muscle lost Stretching Stretching is an important part of bodybuilding.
Ligaments and tendons exist around your joints, and a huge amount of stress is placed on these during a lift. If they are cold and un-stretched, they are much more prone to injury. This is much like your tendons and ligaments, you need to warm them up with proper stretching before starting a workout. Cardio Cardio plays an important part in your regime, especially during the cardio phase. Consider doing a sport you enjoy, such as boxing or mixed martial arts, as this will give you an excellent workout and be fun at the same time.
During a cutting cycle you should be training cardio many times a week, and during a bulk at least once a week to maintain fitness. Cardio has many benefits, such as helping to release more growth hormone, it will also lead to you being more overall healthy. You can realistically get everything you need out of food. The one time of day it can be very beneficial however is post workout, when you require a quick hit of protein. Protein supplementation comes in a number of different types, and it can be very confusing when you walk into the local supplement store, so here is a break-down of what you need to know: Protein is Protein Protein is protein.
No protein is twice as effective as another, so why should you pay twice as much? Stick to the basics, and get the right style of protein rather than brand. Itbeginsworkingalmostimmediately and is best suited to post-workout. It has no other place in your diet. Casein Protein This is a slow acting protein, and generally lasts about hours in your system. This is ideal before bed, and for a middle of the night shake. Creatine Creatine is one of the first supplements that was actually proven to work.
Creatine Ethyl Ester. Multi-Vitamins Multi-Vitamins can greatly help your diet. The best way to take care of this is simply taking a decent multi-vitamin, most of them on the market are fairly priced, and provide you with everything you will need. Amino Acids Amino Acids can be categorized into two categories — essential, and non-essential.
Buyer Beware Watch out! The supplement companies are trying to mis-inform you and feed you full of false-hope. Luckily, there is one golden rule that will help you stay in the clear, and keep your bank balance healthy: If it sounds too good to be true — it probably is. Pre-Workouts Pre-Workout supplements are one of the most beneficial supplements possible.
Most contain creatine which will give an added strength boost of sorts, and more importantly they contain Caffeine, and the good ones DMAA dimethylamylamine. Testosterone Boosters Testosterone boosters work by increasing your natural testosterone production. This helps on a number of levels, such as a feeling of well-being, and increased protein synthesis.
They claim to help in protein synthesis, and have been proven to do this to some extent. These products often work, however quite often are very high-priced items, and will very rarely deliver the gains you read about in the magazines. Some of the ridiculous claims of putting on 20 pounds of muscle in 20 days. Weight Loss Pills These come in a variety of forms, but all do the same thing.
They work by increasing your metabolic rate. You should really be aiming for 10 hours. Alcohol There are four pieces of this puzzle that will destroy your progress: 1.
Dehydration — Alcohol leads to dehydration. Dehydration will destroy your muscles, and hinder your recovery process. These are carbs generally sugar that contain little to no nutritional value. On a night out you can have a massive intake of these, and most of which will convert to fat. Junk Food Junk Food is the devil.
The amount of saturated fat in a single meal of junk food is enough for a couple of days, and there is simply no way you can dispose of it. Skipping Meals Try to avoid skipping meals at all costs. I know it can be hard with a busy work or social life, but any period between meals where one is skipped you will be lacking nutrients, and working backwards. With a regular cutting diet, you are calorie deficient, and thus burn off fat to use as energy, and potentially a bit of muscle.
With the keto diet, we ensure that we are burning as much fat as possible, by depleting our carbs and living completely off the energy from fat. Essentially we want to limit our carb intake to below 30 grams per day. Stay calorie deficient, but only by a few hundred calories. You can easily lose kg the first week, much of this is due to a loss of water however. Some foods you can surprisingly eat include going to a fast food restaurant and ordering a hamburger patty or a few of them on their own.
This will contain very little carbs, but plenty of protein and fat, making it easy to keep up the calories. The rules are simple: 1. Eat calories below your BMR 2. Keep your protein to your usual level 3. Eat loads of fat. Expect to feel a bit lethargic for the first few days, but this gets better, and some people even find they have more energy after this point.
By this, I mean you may have planned to bulk for 16 weeks followed by 3 weeks of Keto, but you may have found that you have made it to week 10 and are at a higher bodyfat level than you previously planned for. When we hit these kinds of points, we need to make a decision as to whether we stick to the original plan, or strategically alter it in order to keep our body in check.
The next part to re-evaluating is that your dietary needs will change as you put on and lose weight. The most common ways to break out of a plateau are altering a training regime to shock the body, i. Different peoples bodies respond differently, sometimes even taking a long rest, i. An example is doing Flyes to exhaust the chest, followed by bench press. This often makes the compound exercise much more effective, for example the triceps sometimes give out during a benchpress before the chest, meaning that the chest has not actually been worked anywhere near fail.
By pre-exhausting we are ensuring the right muscle group is the reason for the failure rep, and with a good spotter you can really push yourself. Pre-exhaustion can effectively be used within supersets also, and is an excellent way to break out of a plateau and shock the muscles.
Supersets Supersets are done by using a combination of exercises without a break in between. An example would be completing a set of Flyes, followed immediately by a set of Bench Press obviously with a reasonably light weight. This is also combining pre- exhaustion. Supersets can be used to hit the same area of a muscle group, or can be used to target different areas, for example doing a bar raise followed by lateral raises to hit the delts.
This will lead to a great overall pump, and good gains. Generally you should shoot for a lower end of the scale for reps in supersets, i.
Dropsets Dropsets are sets in which you drop the weight during the exercise to get more reps. Sometimes known as pyramid sets, you are essentially maxing out your reps at a high weight, then dropping it to ensure you hit your desired range. An example may be cable pulldowns, starting at 20kg and getting 4x perfect reps, You can pyramid further, and could potentially go 20kg, 15kg then 10kg.
If done at the start of the workout, you run the risk of not getting the most out of later sets, and potentially tiring out too early. Cheat Reps should only be used for the last reps of a set. If you can get 8 reps out with perfect form, an extra cheat reps can help to push the muscle to the point of overload, and truly make the most of the set, just use it with caution, and be mindful of causing injury by throwing the weight too much.
The main thing you need to do now is stick with it. For those looking to gain lean muscle mass, burn through stubborn body fat and increase their strength, it can often be a nightmare trying to find an honest and credible source of information to follow. I got an email from Sean Nalewanyj a few months back.
I reluctantly accepted his offer, thinking it would just be another fly-by-night, slapped-together-over-aweekend ripoff program. If you are in a hurry, and want to know how you can start building muscle fast, check out Muscle Gain Truth, an amazing new weight lifting program that reveals how you can finally gain size and strength while at the same time taking your bench press to a new level.
And are very far from having the stomach Zyzz had! The first thing that most people think of is that their extra abdominal fat is simply ugly, is covering up their abs from being visible, and makes them self conscious about showing off their body. There are two types of fat that you have in your abdominal area.
The first type that covers up your abs from being visible is called subcutaneous fat and lies directly beneath the skin and on top of the abdominal muscles. The second type of fat that you have in your abdominal area is called visceral fat, and that lies deeper in the abdomen beneath your muscle and surrounding your organs. Both subcutaneous fat and visceral fat in the abdominal area are serious health risk factors, but science has shown that having excessive visceral fat is even more dangerous than subcutaneous fat.
Both of them greatly increase the risk your risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, sleep apnea, various forms of cancer, and other degenerative diseases. Part of the reason visceral fat is particularly dangerous is that it apparently releases more inflammatory molecules into your body on a consistent basis.
If you care about the quality of your life and your loved ones, reducing your abdominal fat should be one of your TOP priorities! Besides, a side-effect of finally getting rid of all of that excessive ugly abdominal fat is that your stomach will flatten out, and if you lose enough stomach fat, you will be able to visibly see those So what gets rid of extra abdominal fat?
The first thing you must understand is that there is absolutely NO quick fix solution. There are no pills or supplements of any sort that will help you lose your abdominal fat faster. Also, none of the gimmicky ab rockers, rollers, or ab belts will help get rid of abdominal fat either. Zyzz knew that. The ONLY solution to consistently lose your abdominal fat and keep it off for good is to combine a sound nutritious diet full of unprocessed natural foods with a properly designed strategic exercise program that stimulates the necessary hormonal and metabolic response within your body.
Both your food intake as well as your training program are important if you are to get this right. Now the important thing to realize is that just any old exercise program will not necessarily do the trick. The majority of people that attempt getting into a good exercise routine are NOT working out effectively enough to really stimulate the loss of stubborn abdominal fat.
I see this everyday at the gym. Most people will do your typical boring ineffective cardio routines, throw in a little outdated body-part style weight training, and pump away with some crunches and side bends, and think that they are doing something useful for reducing their abdominal fat.
Then they become frustrated after weeks or months of no results and wonder where they went wrong. The entire solution Keep in mind that the point of this whole program is NOT abdominal exercises that is only a very small portion of it.
The main point of this program is showing you the absolute most effective strategies for losing your stubborn abdominal fat, so you can get a fully ripped six pack like Zyzz had. Complete your Aesthetics.
